Four Corners Fungi began as and remains a grassroots endeavor, built from the ground up with passion and dedication. What started as a simple idea—that delicious, nutritious, mushrooms should be accessible to all—has blossomed into a thriving local business serving the unique Four Corners region. Our journey has been a collaborative process of shared visions, bringing together diverse perspectives and expertise to create something truly special. The original build-out of our grow room is a perfect example of this. Through countless hours of experimentation, learning, and sometimes failure, we've developed cultivation methods perfectly suited to grow high-quality mushrooms to offer to our community. The passion that fueled our initial spark continues to drive us forward as we expand our offerings and share our knowledge.
